William Hill steps up as the Qipco Guineas Festival’s official betting partner, heralding the UK Classic race season’s start.

Joining its spring event lineup, William Hill also sponsors Lincoln at Doncaster and the Punchestown Champion Chase, alongside the Randox Grand National Festival.

Over three days, the Qipco Guineas Festival showcases top races like the 2000 and 1000 Guineas. William Hill will back 15 races, including the Jockey Club Stakes, Palace House, and Dahlia Stakes, now under its banner.

Excitement peaks for the 2000 Guineas, with Aidan O’Brien’s City Of Troy favored at 4/6 odds. Karl Burke’s Fallen Angel tops the 1000 Guineas at 7/2.

Lee Phelps of William Hill shares, “We’re thrilled to join the Qipco Guineas Festival, reinforcing ties with The Jockey Club after a splendid Grand National Festival.”

“Linking with Newmarket’s esteemed event, where thoroughbreds shine, aligns with our heritage,” Phelps adds. William Hill’s founder bred Nimbus, the 1949 Guineas victor.

Phelps concludes, “We’re eager to engage in these prime racing events, with the Qipco Guineas Festival as our ideal sponsorship.”

William Hill also unveiled a 3D projection at St Johns Beacon, Liverpool, setting the stage for the Grand National.
