Hard Rock International launches Unity by Hard Rock, a new loyalty program offering members a range of benefits at participating locations.

Hard Rock International has unveiled its new loyalty program, Unity by Hard Rock. This innovative program offers members a plethora of benefits at participating Hard Rock locations, where they can earn and redeem Unity Points for free nights, dining experiences, merchandise, and more.

The program’s launch is accompanied by an omnichannel marketing campaign featuring celebrities such as Noah Kahan, John Legend, Shakira, and Lionel Messi. The campaign spotlights The Beatles’ classic song, “Come Together,” recorded exclusively by Kahan.

Hard Rock will also host an international sweepstakes series throughout the year. The first prize is a trip to New York City to attend Kahan’s debut concert at Madison Square Garden in July and a stay at the Hard Rock Hotel. Members also stand a chance to win an all-inclusive vacation to the Hard Rock Hotel Maldives.

Members can earn Unity Points by gaming, shopping, dining, or staying at any of the 150 participating locations. Unity Points can be used like regular dollars, with 100 Unity Points converting to $1 on qualifying purchases.

The Unity by Hard Rock program also introduces tier levels, including Star (0-3,999 credits), Legend (4,000-14,999 credits), Icon (15,000+ credits), and the invite-only X tier. The benefit packages offered to members become more inclusive as they accumulate more credits over a calendar year.
