The DFS operator has brought in a new CPO and Senior Director of Responsible Gaming.
PrizePicks, the DFS juggernaut, fortifies its ranks with the addition of Renee White as Chief People Officer (CPO) and Phil Sherwood as Senior Director of Responsible Gaming.
White, a seasoned professional, brings decades of expertise from blue-chip organizations, notably Warner Bros Discovery and Turner Sports. Notably, her tenure at Turner Broadcasting, nurturing divisions like the Atlanta Braves, underscores her HR prowess.
Sherwood, tasked with fortifying responsible gaming, vows for a “safe, responsible, and secure” DFS venture. Additionally, his stint at the Massachusetts Council on Gaming and Health and leadership at the National Council on Problem Gambling vividly testify to his commitment.
Amid DraftKings appointing its first Chief Responsible Gaming Officer, PrizePicks’ Co-founder & CEO Adam Wexler lauds the strategic additions: “Renee and Phil’s wealth of experience promises exponential growth. Specifically, Renee’s community ties and Phil’s dedication exemplify our commitment.”
In parallel, PrizePicks sets sights on a new Atlanta HQ at the Star Metals Building, poised to create 1,000 job opportunities.
