Kansspelautoriteit (KSA) has contacted operators over alleged breaches of the country’s payout principles after an investigation found that 13 of them will own failed to conform with license requirements. The investigation found that 9 operators had prevented potentialities from being paid out, whereas four own been suspected of doing so.
Earlier in March, the regulator despatched a reminder to operators, noting that the Dutch Playing Act requires gamers’ payout requests to be honoured without lengthen and with out stipulations. This means that operators cannot field minimum payout amounts or wagering requirements.
The KSA ordered all 13 providers to substantiate in writing that they live not field minimum withdrawal amounts or diversified requirements.
A spokesman at KSA said:
